2. Our Range
We offer a wide range of high quality gold & diamond jewelry for both women and men. Our range is continuously updated to meet our customers' needs and desires.
3. Order
To make a purchase on our website, you must be at least 18 years old. By completing an order, you confirm that you meet this age limit and that the information you provide is accurate.
3.1 Order confirmation
After you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when purchasing. It is important that you check that all information in the order confirmation is correct. If you notice any inaccuracies, please contact us immediately.
3.2 Changes to Placed Orders
As we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a change and we will do our best to assist you.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are quoted in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but the prices quoted at the time of your order will apply.
We offer the following payment options:

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery time
Our goal is to deliver your gold jewelry order within 1-2 business days from the time the order has been confirmed. For diamond jewelry, the delivery time is approximately 21 business days.
5.2 Delivery method
We work with Postnord and use the REK service to ensure that your order is delivered safely and securely by being traceable and insured. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking information via email.
5.3 Unclaimed Packages
If you do not collect your package within the time specified by the shipping company and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 400 SEK to cover our costs for handling and return shipping.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1 Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. We offer a 30-day right of return. In order for us to accept your return, the jewelry must be in new condition and unaltered, and the seal must be unbroken and still in place. Rings must not be resized. The 30-day deadline from receiving the package is still applicable. If a piece of jewelry is engraved, a deduction of SEK 700 will be made from the refund amount. Special orders are not covered by your right to return or exchange the item. Only the first return of a specific product per customer is free of charge. For returns that are not accepted because the conditions are not met, a shipping cost of SEK 119 will be charged. To exercise your right of return, you must notify us within this period. The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
7. Complaints
If a product is faulty or damaged, you have the right to complain under the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us as soon as possible after discovering the fault, and we will help you with a return and possible compensation.

9. Disputes and Complaints
If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@giavor.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation. If we cannot agree, you have the option to contact the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board (ARN) for an impartial review.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes or other force majeure events.
