Complaint

We at GIAVOR always strive to deliver products that exceed our customers' expectations. If you find that your item has any kind of defect, we apologize for the inconvenience. As a consumer, according to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a right of complaint for 3 years. You can send the item back to us by filling in a complaint form. A return slip will then be sent to your email address. Be sure to pack the item properly and attach this return slip. If the complaint is approved, your product can be exchanged for a similar one. If this cannot be carried out within a reasonable time frame, a possible refund can be carried out. In the event of an unapproved complaint, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs.
