Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the jewelry here within 30 days of receiving the package.

Instructions for returns and exchanges:

  1. Fill out the return form. Once you have filled out the form, you will shortly receive a return slip sent to your provided email address.
  2. Put the jewelry you want to return back in the original packaging. Make sure everything that came with the package is included. Tape the package shut and attach the return label over the old label.
  3. Drop off the package at a Postnord agent. You will receive the refund when we have received your item and approved it according to our return & exchange terms.

Terms and conditions for returns & exchanges

  • The jewelry is in new condition and unaltered, and the seal is unbroken and still in place. Rings may not be resized.
  • The deadline of 30 days from the date you received the package is still valid.
  • If a piece of jewelry is engraved, a deduction of 700 SEK will be made from the refund amount.
  • Special orders are not covered by your right to return or exchange the item.
  • Only the first return of a specific product per customer is free of charge. For returns that are not approved due to the conditions not being met, a shipping cost of 105 SEK will be charged.
