Orders and delivery

When will I receive my order?

In-stock gold jewelry leaves our warehouse within 1–2 working days. Diamond jewelry is made to order and can take up to 21 working days.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Delivery to a postal-service point is free. All parcels are traceable and insured.

Can I change my order?

Please check your size and delivery details before completing your purchase. Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes.

Size, returns and exchanges

How do I find the right ring size?

Use our size guide or order a free ring sizer. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

Do you offer free resizing?

Diamond rings can usually be resized free of charge within 12 months of purchase, normally by 1–3 sizes. Not every ring can be resized, so please check the product information or ask us before ordering.

How do returns and exchanges work?

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days. Items must be new, unaltered and returned with their security seal and original packaging. Resized rings, special orders and personalised jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Engraved items are refunded with a 700 SEK deduction.

What does a return cost?

The first return of an item that meets our return conditions is free. Further returns of the same item, or returns that do not meet the conditions, are subject to a fee of 130 SEK within Sweden and 300 SEK internationally.

Materials, payment and warranty

What materials does GIAVOR use?

We work with 100% recycled gold and conflict-free diamonds from suppliers that follow the Kimberley Process.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Klarna. All prices are shown in SEK including VAT.

What warranty do you provide?

Diamond jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Gold jewelry is covered by a five-year warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or work not carried out by GIAVOR.
